Level 1

Most level 1 floor skills are performed with the help of a coach.

  • Learning the importance of stretching and warming up the major muscle groups before exercising
  • Aerobic Activity (Jumping Jacks, Step Touch, Step Hamstring, Step Cross)
  • Positions Tuck, Pike, and Straddle.
  • Good Leg Split
  • Table Top and Crab Walk
  • Forward and Backward rolls on the cheese-mat and on the floor.
  • Candle
  • Lunge-Lever-Lunge (Baby Handstand)
  • Donkey Kick
  • Lunge-Baby Cartwheel
  • Bridge-up

Level 2 and 3

  • Right, Left, and Middle Splits
  • Advanced Aerobic Activity and Combination Routines (Jumping Jacks, Step Touch, Step Hamstring, Grapevine, Quick Walks)
  • Gymnastics Dance-Chasse, Waltz Steps, and Turns.
  • Backward Straddle and Pike Rolls-On the floor and cheese mat.
  • Form Bridge and Bridge-up tap your leg.
  • Bridge-up Kick over-On the floor and cheese mat.
  • Lunge-Lever Jump-Lunge (Medium Handstand)
  • Lunge-Lever-Handstand-Lunge (Level 3 only)
  • Handstand-Forward Roll (Level 3 only)
  • Lunge-Cartwheel-Lunge
  • Round Off (Level 3 only)

Level 4

  • Advanced Aerobic Activity and Combination Routines. (Jumping Jacks, Step Touch, Step Hamstring, Grapevine-Hamstring, Quick Walks)
  • Gymnastics Dance-Chasse, Waltz Steps, and Turns
  • Dive Rolls
