- Gymnastics Dance-Chasse, Waltz Steps, and Turns.
- Backward Straddle and Pike Rolls-On the floor and cheese mat.
- Form Bridge and Bridge-up tap your leg.
- Bridge-up Kick over-On the floor and cheese mat.
- Lunge-Lever Jump-Lunge (Medium Handstand)
- Lunge-Lever-Handstand-Lunge (Level 3 only)
- Handstand-Forward Roll (Level 3 only)
- Lunge-Cartwheel-Lunge
- Round Off (Level 3 only)
Level 4
